So I am going to purchase this cream called "Sweet Sweat" It apparently raises body temperature wherever you put it. I read that increasing body temperature = increasing sweat production = more calories lost due to body working more to try to stay cool. Other stuff I am getting to help improve circulation. I lost 1 pound this week, I was not going full force all week besides for today and wednesday though. I decided for the next week my goal is to lose 4-5 pounds, possible? Yes. I am pretty fit, eat about 4000 calories a day maintain my shape with little to no exercise (I am 17, my youth's metabolism is still kicking).
